This multi-faceted project integrated cutting-edge Generative AI and Natural Language Processing to streamline operations and provide rapid access to critical information.
Part 1: Intelligent Helpdesk Chatbot with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
A core component of this initiative was the development and deployment of a specialized Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) chatbot for Realmark’s Horus real estate platform. This chatbot was engineered to dramatically enhance agent efficiency and provide instant access to critical operational knowledge.
The technical backbone involved building a robust FastAPI-based API, seamlessly integrating Langchain with Pinecone for intelligent document retrieval from extensive video transcriptions. By leveraging advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) like GPT-4o, the chatbot delivers context-aware, precise responses. A key feature implemented was dynamic prompt engineering via a Streamlit interface, allowing real-time customization and optimization of the chatbot’s behavior. This solution exemplifies expertise in scalable AI architecture, natural language processing, and the practical application of RAG to transform internal knowledge management.

Part 2: Automated Multimodal Document Analysis Agent
Complementing the chatbot, I engineered an end-to-end intelligent document processing agent to automate the complex and time-consuming analysis of real estate document portfolios. This system leverages the powerful multimodal capabilities of Google’s Gemini Pro via Vertex AI.

It intelligently ingests, classifies, and processes a diverse mix of unstructured documents—such as property deeds, cadastral records, and tax receipts—to extract critical data points with high accuracy. The entire process is encapsulated within a robust and scalable FastAPI, transforming what was previously a multi-hour manual review task into a fast, reliable automated service. The agent delivers a clean, structured Markdown report, ready for seamless integration into any business workflow, providing actionable insights from messy, multimodal data.
